Mummified Times Five: In a rut

it's hard isn't it Tina. I've been on track for 2 days and I know it's only because of the G/D but it's a blessing in disguise for me. I can't even remember the last time I was on track for 2 days let alone 2 days in a row. Not long until the 12 Week Challenge now, hopefully that will help you along. xx

I know exactly what you mean! I do this all the time and it's aggravating and annoying! I definitely don't like how miserable I am with my weight and even more so how unhealthy I am at the moment. But I give up so quick. Like right now I'm actually eating a reeses peanut butter cup & drinking a coke while I read blogs this morning. Isn't that just a grand breakfast?

Arhg.. I know what you mean, I always say I'm going to start a new regime to loose weight and I always end up NOT doing it. I guess the hardest part is not starting the commitment but sticking with it. It's hard for me because I'm really impatient and I get desperate when I see that all I practically starve for a couple of days and I don't see a difference.

I was thinking the exact same thing today. Especially during this season when there are so many goodies everywhere, I have a really hard time exercising and sticking to my Weight Watchers plan. It's tough.

    Good luck!
