My son is 4 and our conversation of a similar nature is usually around going potty. He will deny has to go 40 times and then go in there once we finally threaten to take toys away and pee niagra falls!!!!

LOL! That's funny... sorry you had to run that errand when you had already did your part of checking. Do you think they do things like that to us on purpose? :)
